| The South China Technology Exchange Net (SCTEN) is designed as a platform to realize Technology Transfer from the Technology Offer (university, research institute, etc.) to the Technology Request (companies, etc.). The South China Technology Exchange Net (SCTEN) was jointly invested by the Science& Technology Office of Gangdong province and the Shenzhen Science Technology & information Bureau in 2003, and established and run by the South International Technology Trading Market LTD (SITT).
